"Synagex is always there on weekends or evenings when we need to do updates. We actually had an event where our database went down overnight and we contacted John very early in the morning. He was on the phone with us, he said, 'I'll be there as soon as you open', and our doors open at 7:30 AM. So he drove himself from Pittsfield, MA to Connecticut to make sure we were up and running for when we opened the doors at 7:30 in the morning for our customers.'"

On Security

"The banking industry is heavily regulated and we are under a lot of scrutiny to make sure all of the information we have is secure. John at Synagex has a banking background, and to have a partner that understands those regulations is wonderful."
